Along with the trips to the park and wild west extravaganza, we also went Jeepin' up on Red Grade Road. It was nice to get up where it was a bit cooler and look out over the wild flowers and mountains.
We also had a nice trip up to the Little Bighorn Battlefield where it happened to be the anniversary of Custer's Last Stand. It was a moving, horrifying, hot sort of trip into the rolling plains of southeastern Montana.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with the Tippin Grandparents and are still missing them a lot! Thanks, guys, for making the trip out here to see us and helping us discover even more fun, interesting things about this new place we live. We can't wait to see you again!
