I was so impressed that despite the grey drizzle of the afternoon, we bundled up and headed outside. She enjoyed playing in our rock pile as always and this time even had to bring a couple back inside with her.

The Progression
Eleanor loves to play outside. Unfortunately, lately it's been cold, drizzly and overcast... but 2 days ago Ellie brought me my shoes... one at a time... insisted I put them on. Then she brought me her shoes - two matching shoes - and sat down in my lap. So, I put them on her. Then she walked to the front door and started waving "bye-bye."
