I got together with a friend of mine last Sunday to help her recover a couple of lampshades in her living room. Don't they look cute! It was nice to 1. get out of the house for a while, 2. get a little crafting in, and 3. feel a sense of accomplishment because not only is the project completed, but the project helps complete her new living room.Just a heads up if you're thinking about covering lampshades... the bigger the shade, the tougher the project. I'd definitely recommend starting with a kid-sized shade. Good luck!
